Service is a mobile/web app that integrates with users’ email to get them refunds on canceled and delayed flights. After detecting a flight delay or cancelation in a user’s inbox, Service’s automated claim-filing system will complete and file airlines’ respective compensation request forms on behalf of the user. The company’s long-term vision is to become an automated customer service representative. 129 million passengers a year are disrupted by canceled/delayed flights. Approximately a third of the cancelations and delays are due to issues within the airlines’ control.
