PORTFOLIO EXPANSION FINANCING

ALICE TECHNOLOGIES RAISES $30 MILLION SERIES B
ALICE Technologies construction optioneering platform powered by AI helps large contractors plan, bid, and build complex infrastructure and commercial projects more efficiently and with reduced risk. In 2021, ALICE grew its ARR by 270%. The Series B funding will fuel the aggressive hiring, global growth, continued product innovation, and sales and marketing expansion required to make ALICE an industry standard. Large general contractors worldwide – companies such as Bouygues, Kajima, and Skanska – use ALICE to help them plan and manage complex projects such as bridges, tunnels, high-speed rail systems, and mixed-use towers. More here.

AMBERDATA RAISES $30 MILLION SERIES B
Amberdata is the leading provider of digital asset data. The Company delivers comprehensive insights into blockchain networks, crypto markets, and decentralized finance to the world’s largest financial institutions entering the digital asset class. This financing will fund product innovation and expand go-to-market in the US and internationally to address the accelerating institutional adoption of digital assets. More here.

AYAR LABS RAISES $130 MILLION SERIES C
Ayar Labs is the leader in chip-to-chip optical connectivity. Its recent financing will drive the commercialization of its breakthrough optical I/O solution. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and NVIDIA entered this investment round, joining existing strategic investors Applied Ventures LLC, GlobalFoundries, Intel Capital, and Lockheed Martin Ventures. Ayar Labs also announced that it made its first volume of commercial shipments under contract and expects to ship thousands of units of its in-package optical interconnect by end of the year. DAPPER LABS’ FLOW LAUNCHES A $725 MILLION ECOSYSTEM FUND
Flow is a Web3 platform powering next-generation games, apps, and digital assets including NBA Top Shot and NFL All Day. Its Ecosystem Fund is designed to hypercharge innovation and growth across the Flow community. The largest joint commitment made towards any blockchain ecosystem, the Ecosystem Fund participants will provide existing and future developers with support in building applications on the Flow blockchain through investments, Flow token grants, and in-kind support. Originally developed by Dapper Labs to create more efficient, secure, and scalable proof-of-stake blockchain experiences, Flow is an open-source, developer-friendly, and energy-efficient blockchain built for consumers.

ERIDAN RAISES $46 MILLION TO ACCELERATE GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY
Eridan plans to use the funds to enable improved connectivity for more people, using less energy, less expensive infrastructure, and less spectrum. Eridan is the first and only Company to build a direct polar transmitter in gallium nitride and silicon, which provides multiple advantages over current solutions based on linear amplifiers, including 10x less input power to provide the same coverage;  60-100x reduction in power consumption in sparsely-populated areas, and equipment that is smaller, lighter, and less expensive to install, and does not require specialized power sources or heavy heat sinks. METAWAVE SECURES $26 MILLION IN CONVERTIBLE AND DEBT FINANCING
Metawave Corporation, a world leader in high-end sensing and perception solutions for terrestrial and aerospace mobility applications, intends to use the funds to deliver the Metawave MARCONI™ 77GHz and POLARIS 24GHz product lines – the mobility industry’s first beamformer chip and antenna module solutions to address the increased demands for long-range Aerial sensing and Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) to detect vehicles, motorcycles, pedestrians, and other objects at longer range with high resolution and accuracy. Bouygues Travaux Publics Partners with ALICE Technologies
ALICE Technologies and Bouygues Travaux Publics – one of the largest companies in the civil works sector – announced that Bouygues Travaux Publics selected ALICE for use on multiple complex projects around the world. Bertrand Burtschell, Deputy CEO at Bouygues Travaux Publics comments, “ALICE is ideally suited to help us to win and deliver the big infrastructure projects that represent the core of our business at Bouygues Travaux Publics.” More here.

From Hong Kong to Canada, Bouygues Travaux Publics has completed numerous iconic projects: the Channel Tunnel, the Beirut seafront, the A28 and A41 motorways, the Ile de Ré and Normandy bridges, Chernobyl’s New Safe Confinement arch, Cairo and Sydney undergrounds, and over 10 tunnels in Hong Kong.

Exo and Henry Ford Health Partner to Enable All Physicians with Point of Care Ultrasound
Easy-to-use ultrasound technology to expand the use of medical imaging and enhance patient care.
Exo will partner with Henry Ford Innovations (HFI), Henry Ford’s commercialization arm, to make ultrasound easier to perform with artificial intelligence, validate cutting-edge ultrasound technology through large-scale deployment, and educate the next generation of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) users.
